<p>late lunch ngayong sabado &#8211; tuna steak na may bawang. binaba ko lang sa ref ang tuna bago ako tumakbo. pag dating ko sa bahay, malambot na kaya tinimplahan ko na lang ito ng lime, pepper at soy sauce marinate.  tapos nag gisa ako ng mushrooms. in an hour or so, mayroon na kaming masarap na low calorie, low fat lunch.</p>

<p>tapos on top of the kimchi fried rice at miso soup ni jet ang grilled wild salmon na niluto ko. far and away, one of our best dinners ever. and everything&#8217;s fresh and cooked from scratch one regular thursday night.</p>

<p>nagluto ako ng king crab para sa dinner namin ni jet ngayong president&#8217;s day. eto ang isa pang lutuin na napaka simple lang gawin. kuha ka lang ng steamer at ilagay ang crab sa loob. after 5 minutes, luto na. walang kahirap hirap.</p>
<p>ang secret lang sa king crab ay ang sawsawan. para sa akin, sukang maanghang na may toyo at kaunting asukal eh ok na. samahan mo pa ng lemon para pampatanggal ng lansa eh mapapa-putangina ka sa sobrang kasarapan.</p>
<p>eto nga pala yung king crab bago ko lutuin.</p>

<p>sabi ng doctor ko, ang diet daw ng mga diabetic ang pinaka healthy sa lahat kasi kontrolado mo kung ano at kung gaano karami ang pagkain. experience tells me that this is true. ever since na nag-iba ako ng lifestyle at sinunod ang diabetic&#8217;s diet ay bumaba ang timbang ko at parati na akong tinitigasan ngayon.</p>

<p>ang dilemma ko lang nung nagsisimula akong mag diet ay kinailangan kong kalimutan ang pinoy style ng pagkain dahil hindi ito masyadong maganda para sa mga may diebetic. sabi nga ng doctor ko, karamihan daw sa mga pasyente niyang mga pinoy ay either diabetic or hypertensive. pag minalas-malas pa ay both diabetic and hypertensive. mahilig kasi tayo sa kanin at ulam na maraming taba at mantika.</p>
<p>ang breakfast ang pinaka importanteng meal of the day. pero imbes na tapsilog o tuyo at singangag ay peanut butter and jelly sandwich with milk na lang ako ngayon pag weekends. may catch nga lang &#8211; reduced fat peanut butter, sugar free jelly, whole wheat bread at low fat (1%) milk.</p>
