  1. dito sa pinas ang kinaiinisan ko – mga barista sa istarbaks na kung mag-ingles kapag kinukuha ang order mo eh para bang nag-eexpect na lahat ng customer nila ay galing call center at kapag sinagot mo ng tagalog eh tatanungin ka pa rin ng ingles. tapus kapag nagawa na yung kape mo sisigaw pa rin sila ng “TALL CARAMEL MACHIATO FOR CHICHAY!” kahit na nasa harap ka na nila. Parang timang lang diba? Mas parang timang yung mga taga-call center na kung mag-usap sa loob ng coffee shop eh para bang nabili na nila yung buong istarbaks. Makapagyabang lang ng newly acquired american accent nila, punyemas.

  2. to callcenterguy: tama ka nga dun. hindi naman talaga lahat ng mga taga call center ganun ang ugali. i stand corrected at thank you sa pagpansin. naalala ko tuloy bigla at bigla ring nahiya dahil ang asawa ko ay dating nagtatrabaho sa call center pero never siyang naging ganun. maraming salamat!
