weekly training round-up:

  1. Feb 05 – 3 mile lunchtime run
  2. Feb 06 – 16 mile bike
  3. Feb 07 – 16 mile bike, 3 mile lunchtime run
  4. Feb 08 – 3 mile lunchtine run, 2.8 mile evening walk
  5. Feb 09 – 5 mile walk
