Dami mo palang activities na mapagpipilian, good for you.  So far, I&#039;ve been sticking to the minimum requirements ng training namin - the midweek timed runs and the long runs with the group on Saturdays.  Gusto ko sanang mag-cross train, pero with the 2 kids, medyo mahirap mag-juggle ng time...

		<description>i bike everyday to work, that&#039;s 16 miles back and forth. if i can&#039;t bike, i run at least 5 miles at night. if i&#039;m too tired, i walk 3 miles instead. i go to the gym for weight training 3 times a week during lunch</description>

How do you train on the weekdays?  Kasi kami we&#039;re required to have timed runs.  Like today, I&#039;m supposed to run for an hour (regardless of distance), and on Thursday, 45 minutes.  Just curious...</description>
