Ever has it been that love knows not its own depth

narito na ang mylabopmayn ko sa singapore pagtapos ng humigit kumulang ay mga apat na buwan din naming pagkakalayo. masakit talaga ang mawalay sa mahal mo sa buhay. pero sa isang banda, maigi rin ito dahil nalalaman mo talaga ang halaga ng isang tao pag siya’y wala sa tabi mo (kahit sandali lang as in our case – but it did feel like an eternity). minsan kasi you tend to take for granted, the things that matter the most to you simply because you see them everyday. separation, my dear friends, makes sure you never ever forget. sabi nga ni janice jurado kay johnny wilson doon sa sitcom of my childhood – “johnny baby, what are you taking me for? GRANTED?”

may nakakatawang nangyari sa amin kaninang madaling araw nang sunduin ko si jet – nakarating kami ng bahay from the airport carrying the wrong maleta. siguro dahil na rin sa over excitement namin or sa pagkapagod ko. perhaps both. we ended up going to the airport twice dahil we needed to return the wrong bag and reswitch. kaya pala biglang naging two wheels yung four wheel maleta namin. for a moment there, akala ko na-maligno ang suitcase. pero ok lang. masaya naman kaming nakauwi (ng dalawang beses din siyempre).

sarap maging together tuwing mag-kasama, ‘ne? hirap kasing maging together tuwing magka-hiwalay, eh.

    ka edong

  10. super sweet pero medyo bastos. bakit, parati ka rin ba sa byahe? buhay field engineer ka pa rin ba? maganda kung mga 1 week trips lang – alis ka ng monday and return by friday para you have the weekend at home.

  11. NINAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAANG!

  12. thanks kat. 4 months is a long time. pero it came and went really fast. buti na lang busy kami pareho. so, malapit nang birthday mo. 29 years old. that’s not so bad. i remember when i was 29… i though i was immortal. i’ll be 40 this year. pero, in my mind 29 pa rin (sadly, the body doesn’t seem to agree). BWAHAHA!

  13. perla adea and romy mallari? bwahahahahah. don’t forget esperanza fabon. grabe i didn’t think i’ll hear those names again.

i’m happy you’re together again. time for a 2nd (or nth) honeymoon?

  14. ESPERANZA FABON? wow vangie – ka age ka ba namin? thanks very much sa bati. oo, we’re really happy that we’re back together. MOST ESPECIALLY since it will be our 14th wedding anniversary tomorrow.
